Country Boys! {Shawnee, Ok Family Photography}

I got to go to a REAL LIFE farm for this session. At one point the youngest climbed to the top of a fence and jumped off and landed with a thud on the ground. Now my boys would have cried, and broken a arm and a foot for sure. It would have been the end of the world. Talked about for years. But this country boy?

Nope! He's fine... jumps up and runs off. About 10 minutes later he says "hey my shoulder sort of hurts."

"uh yeah!" Hahahaha!

Oh hey, you guys should all be following us on facebook. I'm more likely to post stuff there, like specials and our latest work. That sort of thing.

Here's a few from our session.

We still have 2 spots open for our campout sessions. Check us out here to get more details. I'm really looking forward to shooting them!

Tim & Shellie {Shawnee, Ok Wedding Photography}

Recently on a BEA-utiful April day we were privilaged to be apart of Tim & Shellie's wedding.

After a nice church ceremony we were onto a reception by the lake at the Homebuilders Association.

We've shot there several times. Okay lots of times. Okay almost anytime we shoot a Shawnee wedding its there. We shot our VERY first wedding there. It's very popular in Shawnee.

Here are just a few I've finished so far.

A sweet moment in between family portraits.

Guy stuff...

The Bull Family {Shawnee, Ok Photography}

Let's see, where to start? Tom and I know Jon in different ways. I remember him being a youngster in high school when I was and old senior and he was a young pup freshman. Tom has known Jon and his family forever. Family friends I guess you would call it.

It's a small town. We are all connected in some way.

We were able to photograph Jon and Nancy when they got pregnant, then again when they had their little dude. Not too long after Jon was deployed and was gone for a really long time. Way longer than I could ever stand to be away from Tom. So Nancy, props to you girl. I don't know if I could have held it together.

When Jon came back we wanted to do something to say thank you, I didn't think giving up a few hours of my time was too much since this family gave up months for us. So we gave them this family portrait session. Here are a few favorites.

Okay and if you are still reading I wanted to remind everyone about our Camping sessions, info here.
We have 2 spots left on the 4th, and 4 spots left on the 5th. So if you were wanting to book one of those now is the time!

Don't forget to like us on facebook to view more recent photos and hear about special deals and promotions!

Thanks again!

Holy crap it's pretty outside {Shawnee, Ok Engagement Photography}

Seriously, it's pretty outside right now. We've been taking full advantage and moving some of our later in the year scheduled appointments and getting them in on some of these unbelievably beautiful days.

I've been taking pictures of people professionally for more than 5 years now. A lot of people want that urban downtown look. I have probably taken pics in downtown Shawnee 300+ times. I'm always amazed when I can find something different down there to give pictures their own unique look.

Case in point, why have I just noticed this thing? I literally saw it as I was driving into downtown for this shoot. So many things I'm going to do with it.

This was a really fun couple. I think we spent, no I know we spent more time talking than taking pictures. I had a blast! I'm a talker.

Needless to say we are booking a lot more for April than we anticipated. So we have some open spots if you are wanting to take advantage of this Oklahoma boastfulness!
