Easter Sessions {Shawnee, Ok Photography}

So as promised here are a few of my favorite shots from Tuesday's Easter sessions. We are doing this again tomorrow so there's still time to come by!

Don't forget about Easter pics! {Shawnee, Ok Spring Photography}

So a couple of weeks ago I was asked to take Easter/Spring portraits for my son's school. I instantly had a thousand ideas. Then Tom took me down to earth and I started getting together all the things I could actually do.

I wanted to have a bunny, then I got word of more than one rabbit biting concern so that went out.

 I'm very sad about this because that was going to be awesome.

Then I wanted to get some baby chicks. I live in a condo so keeping baby chicks after this session was over was not an option. Also, no one wanted them when I was done.

So I gave up on live animals all together.

I went ahead and chose my color scheme. I made some cute bunting out of this.

I think I'm going to make my whole house Chevron now.

Then I decided to have my husband build me a fence.

We don't build often. Can you tell?

Then I painted it. Don't even ask about the paint issues I had.

So after tomorrow I'll show you what it looked like with some kids in front of it. :)

Trust me, we've done this before.

The Easter portraits are open to everyone to just come and go. We will get there and start taking pics at about 9:30 and go until about 12:00. Well until everyone is done. We will be at Wesley United Methodist Church on Independence St. in Shawnee. Drive around to the back and you can't miss us!

We will be there Tuesday and Friday. Tuesday there's zero chance of rain. Friday there's a 20% chance. Just so you know.

Oklahoma City, Ok Engagement Photography

We've been out in full force taking advantage of this beautiful Oklahoma weather. Before we know it everything is going to green up early and we'll be in full spring!

Also, I am aware that our photos aren't looking their sharpest on the blog at the moment. I am not sure why this is happening but I'm getting it figured out. Don't judge! :)

Spring has sprung! {Shawnee, Ok Child Photography}

Well spring has sprung in my mind. Couple of warm days and I'm ready to go. We bought a new swing set for my boys and a 6 person dining set for the patio. Also, a fire pit. I've always wanted one.

That's Tom and our son Jayden roasting marshmallows for some S'mores. We were very well liked.

I also wanted to share with you all the flyer we made up for some upcoming Easter Portraits we are doing for Wesley United Methodist Church Parents Day Out program in Shawnee. We would like to

invite anyone to stop by and get their pictures taken on either of these days whether you attend PDO or not. We will be there from 10:00 to 12:00 each day. No need for an appointment, and no payment is due upfront. You can get group photos, individual photos, or both. Proofs will be made available the following week. We will have an Easter styled theme complete with a bunny. Unless bunnies aren't your thing. I've seen Monty Pyton and the Holy Grail.
